If you do not have a new 2024-2025 USA Hockey number, please click here to register/purchase one. EACH player must have their own unique USA Hockey confirmation number each season. Once you have your players' USA hockey number, please submit it to MYH through this very simple registration form.
Players will not be rostered on MYH SportsEngine teams and cannot participate in practices or games until the 2024-2025 number is received by MYH.
